Shipping and Returns Policy for Arkan

1. Delivery Timeframes Arkan strives to ensure all orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt are processed and delivered within a window of 2 to 5 business days. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary based on your specific governorate and the efficiency of the local carrier.

2. Carrier Responsibility In accordance with our Terms of Service, the risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Arkan is not held liable for delays resulting from carrier logistical issues or inaccurate address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

3. Data Privacy Personal information required for shipping—including name, phone number, and delivery address—is shared strictly with our logistics partners for the sole purpose of order fulfillment. We do not utilize third-party tracking pixels or invasive analytics during this process.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

In compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws, Arkan maintains the following standards for returns and exchanges:

Change of Mind (14-Day Window) Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Damaged Items (30-Day Window) If a product is received in a damaged or defective state, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Such claims must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories, including but not limited to innerwear and earrings, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.
Refund Processing All refunds for online transactions are processed through the Paymob gateway. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that while Arkan initiates the refund process within 2 to 5 business days of approving a return, final processing times are subject to the policies of the customer's banking institution.
Payment Security Arkan does not store sensitive payment credentials. All financial data is handled via Paymob’s encrypted network to ensure the highest standard of transaction security.
