Welcome to Arkan. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
- By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your governorate of residence.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via Paymob.
2. Products & Accuracy
- Visuals: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- We process all online payments through Paymob. By choosing to pay online, you agree to Paymob’s terms of service.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location within Egypt.
- Arkan is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection laws:
- Change of Mind: You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear or earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Refund Process: Refunds for online payments via Paymob will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may apply.
6. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, photography, and text on this website are the exclusive property of Arkan. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or brand identity without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arkan shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
